Used fishing nets, discarded denims, and oceanbound plastic are gathered by local workers.

Fractioning & Rough Cleaning
Materials are sorted by type and color, and cleansed of loose dirt and sediment.

Cutting
Raw materials are cut and shredded into more manageable, uniform pieces.

Washing & Drying
Materials are deep cleaned and dried, ready for the final stage of transformation.

Compounding & Extruding
Materials are compressed into Green Plastic pellets, ready for their next life.
